Accessibility Statement

Netanya Properties by Avital Real Estate invests effort and resources in making the website accessible, in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines.

The site is built to conform to WCAG 2.0 level AA, as required by Israeli Standard 5568. An internet accessibility check-list was completed for every page template on the site.

An accessibility menu (the person icon in the bottom corner of the screen) allows enlarging and reducing text up to 200%, high-contrast mode, grayscale mode, link highlighting, reduced motion and resetting all settings. Your choices are remembered on your next visit.

A "Skip to main content" link, full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter / Esc), a clearly visible focus indicator, a semantic heading structure, landmarks, alternative text on images and forms with clear labels.

The background video on the home page is silent and can be paused with a dedicated button; it also stops automatically when your device requests reduced motion.

Support for both Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR) with the correct reading direction and page language declared in the code.

Some photos uploaded by property owners may have partial alternative text, and third-party embedded content (for example maps) is not fully under our control. We continue to fix issues as they are found. If you come across a page that is not accessible, please tell us and we will fix it.
