Property details — price, area, number of rooms, floor, taxes, availability and photos — are provided by owners or third parties and may change without notice. The information is for general orientation only. Before any transaction you must independently verify every detail with the relevant authorities and professionals.

Illustrations, plans and renderings of new projects are indicative only and do not bind the developer.

Content on the site, including guides and blog articles about taxation, mortgages and yields, is general information and not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances.

When you submit a property you confirm that you are entitled to market it, that the details are correct, and that you own the rights to the photos you upload or have permission to use them.

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are misleading, duplicated or unlawful.

Photos, videos, floor plans and texts uploaded by a user are the sole responsibility of that user. By uploading them the user declares that they own the rights or hold a valid licence, and grants us permission to display them on the site and in related marketing.

We do not review the ownership of user-uploaded media in advance and bear no liability for infringement of copyright, privacy or any third-party right resulting from such uploads. The uploading user indemnifies us for any claim, demand or expense arising from the material they submitted.

If you believe material published on the site infringes your rights, write to info@netanyaproperties.com with a link to the page and details of the material, and we will examine it and remove it promptly where required.

It is forbidden to scrape or copy the site's content in bulk, to use automated tools that burden the service, to attempt unauthorised access, to upload malicious code, or to submit false, offensive or infringing content.

The site's design, texts, brand, logo and original photographs are owned by Netanya Properties by Avital Real Estate. Copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
