About the neighborhood
Ir Yamim is Netanya's premier neighborhood, built almost entirely over the last decade. Modern residential towers, wide boulevards, direct access to the beach and to the Ir Yamim Mall. A mixed population of young Israeli families, French and American olim, and investors. Most buildings include a staffed lobby, gym, fast elevators and underground parking. Very quiet at night, with well-maintained public space and a large park.
